EqNC Promotional Team 2022
Mel Campbell & Cyd
We are very excited to welcome Melissa and Cyd to the EqNC Promotional Team 2022.
Melissa is passionate about sharing her world with her amazing 7 year old pure Percheron mare named Cyd (Verdmont Estate Cyd Charisse to be fancy) and showcasing this amazing breed to the world.
"After over 30 years of dressage I purchased a horse totally unsuited to dressage but totally suited to fun and learning. So now we are bitless, treeless and barefoot partners who tackle mounted archery, obstacle courses, trail riding and pretty much anything that adds enjoyment to our time together.
Cyd’s health and contentment is my priority above everything else we do and I am excited for a long friendship with my beautiful Cyd."
A very warm welcome to the 2022 EqNC Promo Team member Rochelle, we are thrilled to have you on board!⠀
“Hi, I'm Rochelle, a dressage/eventing rider based in Wanora Qld. I have been riding since I was 6 and grew up with a love for horses. My main occupation is a Small Animal/Equine Veterinary Nurse and I have been nursing for the last 10 years. I own 2 horses but only really compete one. ⠀⠀
Victim (20yrs) has been by my side for nearly 16 years and has been one of the best horses a girl could ask for. He is semi-retired now but comes out for some show jumping competitions here and there. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Repi is my main girl, with purchasing her in 2017 we have had some challenging times but have grown with each other over the years. She still has her moments, but they make riding her super fun! My goals with her are to excel in the dressage ring, as well as proceed to go up the heights with our eventing and show jumping.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I love helping support small businesses around our local area and always choose the best products to support my horses health and well-being. I'm really excited to be on the EqNC Promotion team for 2022.”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We are very excited to have you on board Kirra, a very warm welcome to the 2022 Promo Team!⠀
"Hi, I'm Kirra Nicholls, I am 11 years old and I live in Brisbane. I am a competitive equestrian rider, my first love is show jumping but I also compete in dressage, CT, and recently added working hunter.
I own 3 horses:
My main competitive horse is "Calveston Mightly Joe" (Joe) a 15h Connemara x TB, he is 7yrs old, a bold jumper, with plenty of scope and super fun to ride. We have an exciting future ahead and are currently competing on the Interschool and EQ circuits for 80 & 90cm show jumping.
Centre Stage Tomme Tuka (Tommy) is a 12.2h welsh B, pocket rocket. Last year we were the Interschool Queensland State Champions for 60cm show jumping. I have owned Tommy for 4 years and he was my first pony.
Bri Lee Rangers Moonlight Invader (Disco) is an 8h, full of cheekiness, pinto buckskin miniature. He's curious, destructive but a brilliant little jumper. I'm aiming to take Disco to some miniature jump shows in the near future.
EqNC have been incredible supporters of my riding and I love that they are a local Toowoomba company. Keeping my horses in optimum health is my priority and the EqNC mineralised supplements are a perfect addition to their daily feeds.
I'm so excited to be part of the EqNC team and look forward to a successful and fun 2022 competition year."
A very warm welcome to our newest EqNC Promo Team Member: Tess Gealy.⠀
Hi, my name is Tess Gealy and I am working for NH Foods at Whyalla Feedlot as a Dispatch Supervisor. I absolutely love my job and the lifestyle it provides me. ⠀⠀⠀
At the moment, I own just two horses: Wicca, a 13-year-old Arab x Quarter Horse mare, who I use for work and Faith, my 15-year-old Australian Stock Horse mare, who is my barrel racing horse. I have owned Faith since she was 2 years old. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In 2012, I heavily competed in barrel racing with the NBHA (National Barrel Horse Association) and was lucky to secure a spot to compete and represent Australia at the NBHA World Championships held in Perry, Georgia USA in 2013. ⠀⠀⠀
This year, I am back competing in the sport I love, racing my dream to go back to America!
A hearty welcome to Bianca, who is joining our Promo Team at Barcaldine - it is our pleasure to have you on board!
"Hi my name is Bianca Lumby and I live in Central Western Queensland in a little town called Barcaldine. I am the youngest of 3 and I go to Barcaldine State School, graduating in the class of 2021.
My siblings and I love competing in rodeos, following my mum's footsteps.
I started riding when I was 4 years old and claimed my mum's rope horse Touch of Chemistry AKA Jimmy with 8. I thoroughly enjoyed competing him and we have achieved many goals together.
I have since trained 2 young horses, first Bluebell and then Freckles Gold Touch aka Tilly, introducing them to the circuit and bringing home buckles on both!
I am very excited about being part of the EqNC Promo Team and am looking forward to a great year of competitions."
A very warm welcome to the 2022 EqNC Promo Team: Bree Wiblen.⠀
“Hi everyone, my name is Bree Wiblen, I am 21 years old, and I have a passion for showjumping.
From the first second I sat on a horse, I was asking where the jumps were! However, much to my disgust, I had to learn how to ride first! I owe everything to my amazing parents; without whom I would not be, where I am in my career today. I have had great success over the years, and I hope there is plenty more to come. ⠀⠀⠀
Making the most of my days, I start early, riding track work in the racing industry, which then allows me to concentrate on my own business, training, selling horses for clients and coaching for the rest of the day.⠀
Coaching is definitely my second passion. I really aim to be the best role model for the younger generation. I am very devoted to this sport and I want nothing, but to do and be the best. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My current competition horse Silverado EZ (aka Hugo) is a beautiful 6-year-old dapple grey warmblood gelding, who I bought as a young horse and since have trained myself. He has lots of potential and my aspiration for the both of us, is to compete in our first World Cup within the next year or two. ⠀⠀
I am so very honoured to be a part of the 2022 EqNC Promo Team! Thanks guys! Xoxo”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
